General information about K-Town Hardcore Fest 2026
We have been working day and night to coordinate this festival and are probably still working while you are reading this. Before the fest begins, here are some general information and guidelines that we like all of our guests to know (and follow) …
Opening hours
We open on friday at 17.00, and we’ll be selling a limited amount of Weekend Passes at the door, and we will be selling 100 Day Passes each day during the fest too. If you plan on buying a ticket at the door, it’d be a good idea to line-up around 16.00.
Friday: 17.00-04.00
Saturday: 17.00-04.00.
Sunday: 18.00-04.00.
A note from our volunteers
We know you want to have fun and want the party to go on forever, but we close at 04.00 every day, so if the Door Team tells you it’s time to leave – it’s time to leave. They have been on shift for many, many hours and would like to get some sleep too, you know?
Be kind and respectul to our volunteers as we couldn’t do this without them. <3
A couple of house rules
Ungdomshuset is a activist based and volunteer run counter cultural D.I.Y. venue – Copenhagen’s biggest as a matter of fact – that hosts a variety of events, events, from soup kitchens, self defence and yoga to punk, hip-hop and metal gigs.
Community is what makes this work, and thus we’d like to take care of our community, so we expect all of our guests to follow these rules while attending K-Town Hardcore Fest (and visiting Ungdomshuset in general).
- No racism.
- No sexism.
- No homophobia or heterosexism.
- No violence.
- No hard drugs (including all hallucinogenic, chemical and psychedelic substances).
We have a zero tolerance policy towards any breach of Ungdomhuset’s house rules, and we aim to create a safe environment for all of our guests! Anyone found breaking them will be kicked out from the festival and have their bracelet cut too.
NO HARD DRUGS AT K-TOWN HARDCORE FEST
As mentioned Ungdomhusets has a zero tolerance policy towards hard drugs, and as guests in our house, we expect you all to respect and follow our house rules.
This is not an ideological matter, but a practical decision based on really bad experiences of what an open and loose hard drug policy does to a community (run venue) like ours. Please understand that we are not intested in policing your lives – what you do in your own time is none of our business, but what you do at our fest, is.
How do we classify hard drugs?
All illicit chemical, hallucinogenic and psychedelic substances.
No dogs, no masters
As always, dogs and other furry pets are not allowed at K-Town Hardcore Fest. Leave your dog at home or better yet, in the care of someone else while you are partying.
Accomodation and camping
We can’t accomodate our guests at our venue, and we’d really appreciate it if you didn’t camp in your van or a in a tent around the venue, as it’ll get us in trouble with our neighbours. Remember that Ungdomshuset has gigs and events all year, so we’d need to be on good terms with our neighbours and the local community even after the festival is over .
If you still don’t know where to stay during the fest, we can recommend Bellahøj Camping! It’s a regular/traditional camp site, they give a discount to our guests (if you show your festival wristband) and it’s within walking distance of Ungdomshuset.
Alternatively you can check out Urban Camper, a local hostel where our guests also get a discount (use the code ‘K-TOWN’) and it is within walking distance too.
Volunteering this year?
First of all – THANK YOU. We couldn’t make this festival year after year without a dedicated team of volunteers. Please remember to check in at the Info Point ~15 minutes before your shift to get your bracelet.
